At Maggard Razors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your grooming supplies, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used soaps, creams, or razors.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy box along with a copy of your invoice and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return to our Michigan warehouse using a trackable shipping method. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
